The National Media And Communications Authority (Nmhh Or Bidder (Ak)) Of Cxliii Of 2015 On Public Procurement. Act (Hereinafter: Act) Second Part, Article 81, Paragraph (1) Of The Act, Intends To Acquire, On The Basis Of An Open Public Procurement Procedure Carried Out In Accordance With The Eu Procedural Rules, The Simi Measurement Control (Simi-Mv) System (System) It Application Support, Maintenance, Operation Support, Troubleshooting, Providing An On-Call System In Order To Receive Notifications Of Possible Malfunctions, The Development Of The System, The Systems Legal Compliance, Amendments And Related Performance Of Related Educational Tasks. Simi Mv Uses The Following Runtime Environment Components: • Linux Operating System – Ubuntu 18.04 Lts, 22.04 Lts Or 24.04 Lts; • Docker Swarm 27.5; • Kubernetes 1.32; • Client Operating System Windows 10 And 11; • Java 21 Sdk Lts (64 Bit), Update 21.0.5 Or Later; • Postgresql Database Server, V16.X Or Later; • Embedded Apache Tomcat Web Server; • Embedded Apache Activemq Artemis; • Webgl 2.0, Opencl 2.0 And Vulkan 1.3 Specification For Clients. 1. Within The Framework Of The Flat-Rate Service, The Following Tasks Must Be Performed: A) Maintenance Of The Development Environment, B) Use Of The Error Reporting System Provided By Nmhh, C) Repair Of Reported Errors, D) Installation Of Component Updates Provided By Third Parties, E) Support Provided Via Telephone, Electronic Mail Or Online Conference Tool (8 Hours Per Month) F) Testing / Installation Of Updates, G) Up-To-Date Documentation H) Consistent Management Of Source Code, I) Delivery Of Installation Kit, J) Delivery Of Developer Documentation And Source Code. 2. During The Provision Of Services Based On Worksheet Accounting, Nmhh Is Entitled To Call Up A Maximum Of 32 Hours Of Worksheet Accounting Services During The 18-Month Period Of The Service. In The Framework Of On-Site And Remote Support, Ak Requests The Following Tasks: Diagnosing Errors Diagnosing Interoperability Problems Installing Agreed Patches Jointly Deemed Necessary By The Contractor And The Customer. Migrations Necessary Due To Hardware Failure Or Obsolescence Of Devices That Ensure The Running Of Supported Systems. Participation In The Installation Of New System Component Versions / Repair Kits Testing The Functionality Of The System For New Versions Of Web Browsers. Integration Testing Consultation Sorting, Data Cleaning, Database Operations Cannot Be Performed Via The User Interface. With Regard To The Services Billed On The Worksheet, Ak Specifies In The Request Report The Task That Is The Subject Of Specific Performance, The Completion Deadline And The Place Of Performance (Task To Be Performed At Ak Or To Be Performed At The Headquarters Or Premises Of The Winning At (T
