The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation Together With A Cost Estimate As Part Of The Ordering Partys Task Specified In The Co-Financing Agreement No. Fenx.01.01-Iw.01-0152/24 Of The Project Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Through Thermal Modernization Of Buildings Owned By Giorin And Wiorin Under Measure Fenx.01.01 Energy Efficiency Priority Fenx.01 Support For The Energy And Environment Sectors From The Cf Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. 2. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu). 3. The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining Final Decisions, In Particular The Decision On The Building Permit/Notification Of Commencement Of Other Construction Works - Authorizing The Implementation Of The Works, To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority (If Obtaining Them Is Required By Law), As Well As Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Planned Construction Works Based On The Above Design Documentation.
