Construction Work – Tender For Main Contract – Department 1, Postparken. Boligselskabet Offers A Main Contract For The Execution Of The Outdoor Areas In Ward 1, Postparken. The Vision Is That The Cultivated Outdoor Areas Should Create A New And Better Environment For The Community In And Around Department 1, Postparken. Department Postparken 1 Is Located At Postparken 2, 2770 Kastrup. The Department Consists Of 13 3-Storey Apartment Blocks, A Total Of 401 Family Homes, Which Were Completed In 1948. Postparken Today Contains Many Different Types Of Apartments In The Department, Including Accessible, Level-Free Homes, A Number Of Commercial Leases And, After The Renovation In The Period 2018-2022, 86 Larger Family Apartments. Renovation Of Outdoor Areas Includes, Among Other Things: Drainage, Lighting, Edges, Fencing, Fortifications, Outdoor Furniture, Planting And Grass Areas Incl. Fitting Half-Roofs, Lar And Greenhouses, As Well As Decoupling The Roof Drain From The Sewer To The Lar System. For A More Detailed Description Of The Services Covered By The Main Contract, Please Refer To The Main Contract With Annexes. Fa09 Is A Public Housing Organizations Administration Founded By Public Housing Organizations, And The Project Is Implemented As General Construction With Public Support. The Project Must Therefore Comply With Relevant Legislation With Associated Circulars And Instructions As Well As The Building Damage Funds Requirements For Planning And Execution. The Main Contract Contains Options Regarding The Purchase Of Disposal Of Loose Furniture, Material Storage In Garages, Demolition And Disposal Of Concrete Exterior Wall Elements, Removal And Removal Of Foundation Concrete For Crushing, And Removal And Disposal Of Concrete As Contaminated Waste, Etc. In Addition, The Main Contract Includes Supplementary Services. The Workers Covered By The Options And Additional Services Are Described In More Detail In Annex 2.05 Offer List. The Estimated Contract Value Is: Approx. 47 Million Dkk Excl. Vat The Tender Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts, As It Is Fa09s Assessment That The Implementation Of The Task Is Most Appropriate As An Overall Main Contract. It Is Estimated That A Single Contract Supports A Holistic Approach, Ensures Consistency In Task Execution Throughout The Entire Project Process And Is Considered To Be The Most Appropriate In Terms Of Quality, Time And Finances. The Expected Contract Period Is Approx. 18 Months According To The Main Timetable. The Main Contract Is Based On Ab 18. Alongside This Project Regarding The Renovation Of Outdoor Areas, The Overall Contract Regarding The Renovation Of Sewer Installations In Department 1 Postparken Is Being Initiated. The Total Contract For The Renovation Of Sewer Installations Must At All Times Be Carried Out With A Lead Of At Least 6 Weeks In Relation To The Main Timetable For The Main Contract Regarding The Renovation And New Construction Of Outdoor Areas. The Construction Site Plan For The Sewer Works And For The Main Contractor Are Located Separately From Each Other. The General Contractor Will Also Coordinate The Sewer Installations And Associated Works With The Main Contractor.
