Construction Work – Tender For Main Contract Regarding Total Renovation Of Ishøj Lokalcenter - Aab Dept. 55. This Tender Concerns The Main Contract For The Execution Of The Project Lokalcenter Vejleåparken, Total Renovation Of The Centre, For Boligforeningen Aab. The Building Is Located At Strandgården 11-15 And 19-21, 2635 Ishøj. Matr. No. 16A. The Task Concerns The Total Renovation Of A Community Centre, And Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Center For Foundations And The Rebuilding Of A New Center On Existing Or Possibly Reinforced Foundation. The Landscape Project For The Local Area Is Offered As A Subcontractor In A Separate Tender, But The Main Contractor Must Coordinate With The Subcontractor For The Landscape Project. Ward 55, Vejleåparken Was Built In 1970-1973 And Was At The Time Denmarks Largest Residential Area With More Than 1,700 Tenancies. The Building Consists Of Three Large Squares Four Storeys High, Which Are Connected By A Pedestrian Street. Vejleåparkens Housing Underwent A Significant Renovation In 2004-2007. The Local Center Is Located On The Pedestrian Street In The Middle Of The Building. The Center Today Consists Of A Collection Of Six Buildings, Which, Together With A Childrens Institution, Frame The Pedestrian Street And A Square. The Buildings Are Built On One Floor With A Partial Basement And With A Flat Roof. They House A Laundry, An Operating Office, A Number Of Smaller Shops And Residents Rooms Of Various Sizes. The Local Center Was Built In Approx. 1972, Rebuilt In 1994 And Is Approximately 3050 M2. The Buildings Have Closed Gables In Concrete Stone And A Load-Bearing Structure In Glulam. The Glulam Construction Is Built Over Cross-Module Lines With A Distance Of Approx. 1.6 M. The Building Facades Are Designed As Light Elements That Relate To The Glulam Constructions In A Modular Manner. The Total Renovation Mainly Consists Of The Following: • Establishment Of A Building Site. • Demolition To The Base Of The Current Community Centre. Reuse Of Existing Structures Must Be Taken Into Account. • Renovation And Partial Renovation Of Existing Cellars. • Demolition Landscape. Consideration Must Be Given To The Reuse Of Paving Stones. • Construction Of 3 New Buildings In 1-2 Floors, Which Together Form The New Local Centre: Residents House, Erhvervslänge And Købmand. • Coordination Of Landscape Works, Tendered As A Professional Contractor.
