Firefighting Vehicles – Safe Money Purchase Of A Fire Truck. Delivery Of A New Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle Intended For The Volunteer Fire Department In Pieniężno With The Minimum Technical Parameters Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Terms Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) Along With Implementing Regulations. The Vehicle Should Have A Cnbop Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection In Poland, Valid On The Date Of Vehicle Delivery.
