The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Backup System - Software As Part Of The Task Actions Increasing The Level Of Hospital Cybersecurity Aimed At Ensuring A High Level Of Security Of Medical Data Processing And Continuity Of Operation Of The Hospitals It Systems, In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Aim Of The Task Is To Expand The Backup And Recovery System With The Functionality Of Database Replication To A Remote Environment, Strengthen Business Continuity Mechanisms And Modernize The Data Storage Environment By Creating An Environment Of High Database Availability. For This Purpose, It Is Necessary To Migrate The Existing Database Environment To A New Virtualization Platform. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Attachment. No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Detailed Offer Form And Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Serious Damage) For Environmental Purposes, Resulting From Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18/06/2020 And The Conditions Set Out In Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 Establishing The Recovery And Resilience Facility (Rrf) And The Guidelines For The National Recovery Plan, While Maintaining Horizontal Policies, In Particular The Principle Of Equality Opportunities And Non-Discrimination.
