The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out A Project Management Assistance Mission (Amo) And An Asbestos Project Management Assistance Mission (Amoa) To Support Carsat Nord-Est In The Thermal Renovation And Interior Restructuring Real Estate Projects Of Building A Of Its Headquarters Located 81 Rue De Metz In Nancy (54073). These Two Projects, Distinct In Their Pace And Progress, Are Financially Supported By The National Old Age Insurance Fund (Cnav), And Aim To Thermally Renovate The Building And Restructure The Work Spaces. The Mission Entrusted To The Incumbent Will Include In Particular: - Monitoring The Obligations Of The Two Project Managers Recruited For The Thermal Renovation And Interior Restructuring Of The Headquarters; - Assistance From Carsat Nord-Est In Carrying Out The Interior Renovation Project Of The Future Offices; - Support For The Change Of Carsat Nord-Est And Its Employees With A View To Moving To The New Premises; - Assistance In Asbestos Removal Work Or Work On Materials Containing Asbestos The Services Will Be The Subject Of A Split Contract With Optional Installments As Defined In Articles R.2113-4 And R.2113-5 Of The Public Procurement Code.
