Aerial Mapping Services – Monitoring Of Sea Shores Based On Data Obtained By Airborne Laser Scanning Lidar, Orthophotomap And Transverse Profiles Of The Sea Shore. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sea Coast Monitoring Service Based On Data Obtained By Airborne Laser Scanning Lidar, Orthophotomap And Transverse Profiles Of The Sea Shore. Monitoring Is Performed To Assess The Condition Of The Sea Shore By Analyzing The Topography Of The Seabed And All Elements Of The Coastal Zone, Natural Or Artificial, That Affect The Maintenance Of The Sea Shore For The Following Sea Shores: - Coast Shores Within The Territorial Scope Of The Director Of The Maritime Office In Gdynia, Including The Sea Shore From The State Border With The Russian Federation (Km 0.0) To The Administrative Border Of The Maritime Office In Gdynia In The West (Km 243.9), As Well As The Sea Shore Of The Hel Peninsula (Kmh 0.0 – 71.5) – A Total Of 316 Km Of Coastline, 633 Transverse Profiles; - Banks Of The Vistula Lagoon And The Elbląg River - 115 Km Of The Banks Of The Vistula Lagoon; - Port Areas - 5,570 Ha. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope And Method Of Preparation Of The Study And Its Assumptions (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Conditions For The Provision Of The Service And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Described In § 4 Section 6 Of The Agreement - The Method Of Documenting Employment Is Specified In § 4 Section 7 Agreements; - The Ordering Partys Control Rights Are Specified In § 4 Section 8 And 9 Of The Agreement; - Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In § 4 Section 11 And § 9 Section 1 Point 3) Agreements. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, But Not By More Than 20% Of The Value Of The Contractors Remuneration. 6. Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Agreement, The Contractor Must Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Insured Amount Not Lower Than Pln 500,000.00 For One And All Events.
