Architectural And Related Services – The Consultation Concerns The Organization Of A Project Management Competition Relating To The Renovation (Including Energy Renovation) And The Extension Of The Head Office Of The Community Of Communes Of Marana Golo. The Operation Concerns In Particular: - The Renovation Of The Historic Building And Its Extension Carried Out In 2013, Including Thermal And Technical Renovation (Facades, Fluid Networks, Bringing The Cfo/Cfa Electrical Installations Into Compliance), As Well As The Redevelopment And Modernization Of Work Spaces; - The Construction Of An Extension Of Approximately 420 M² Of Floor Space; - The Redevelopment Of Outdoor Spaces, Including In Particular The Resizing Of Parking Lots, The Integration Of Charging Equipment For Electric Vehicles (Irve), The Parking Of Cycles And The Installation Of Canopies Equipped With Photovoltaic Panels. The Estimated Budget Allocated To All Of The Work Is Estimated At 3.04 M Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Work Will Be Carried Out On An Occupied Site, Open To The Public.
