Name Of The Order Given By The Ordering Party: Granting And Servicing A Long-Term Loan To Finance The Planned Deficit. Location In The City Of Działdowo, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Poland. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Granting And Servicing Of A Long-Term Loan To Finance The Planned Deficit, In Accordance With The Following Provisions: 1) Granting And Servicing A Long-Term Loan To Finance The Planned Deficit. 2) The Maximum Amount Of The Long-Term Loan Will Be Pln 8,500,000.00 (In Words: Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Pln 00/100). 3) The Loan Will Be Disbursed In Tranches Based On The Disbursement Instruction Submitted By The Ordering Party Electronically. 4) The Agreement With The Bank Will Be Signed For The Full Loan Amount Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. After Calculating The Final Amount Of The Loan, The Contract Will Be Amended In The Form Of An Annex In Which The Repayment Schedule Will Be Established Anew, Taking Into Account The Final Amount Of The Loan. Changing The Schedule Will Not Extend The Loan Period, I.E. It Will Not Exceed December 31, 2031. Reducing The Loan Size Cannot Result In A Change In The Interest Rate Conditions Or Additional Fees. 5) The Contractor Will Open A Credit Account Free Of Charge During The Execution Of The Contract. 6) The Expected Date Of Disbursement Of The Loan Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 7) The Capital Will Be Repaid Over A Period Of 5 Years Starting From 2026. Repayment Grace Period Until March 31, 2027. 8) The Capital Will Be Repaid In 20 Installments Payable Every Three Months Starting From March 31, 2027, Payable By The Last Business Day Of The Period, According To The Repayment Schedule Attached To The Application. 9) Interest Is Calculated In 3-Month Periods (Corresponding To Quarters), On The Actual Balance, According To The Real Calendar (365/366 Days). 10) Interest Periods For 2026 Will Be Counted From The Date Of Payment Of Funds Until The End Of These Periods.
