Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe Ag (Hereinafter Kvb) Is Planning To Expand An Electric Bus Depot (Kvb Porz) On An Approximately 63,000 M2 Former Industrial Property At Kaiserstrasse 127 In Cologne-Porz. In The Second Construction Phase Of Approx. 22,000 M2 To Be Calculated Here, Bus Parking Spaces, Loading Traverses, Transformer And Service Buildings As Well As The Necessary Traffic Areas Will Be Built. The Technology Lot T7.2 Essentially Includes The Production Of The Electrical And Communications Technology For The Transformer Buildings T4, T5, T6 And The Service Building And The Trusses. The Charging Infrastructure (Transformers Etc.) Will Be Tendered Separately. Further Construction Work Is Taking Place Parallel To The Lot Described. The Civil Engineering Lot For The Traffic Facilities Etc. Has Already Been Tendered And Awarded. The Construction Work Is Ongoing. The Construction Site Is Fenced In With Construction Fences.
