Assignment The Assignment Concerns A Room Reservation And Visitor Registration System With Associated Hardware And Services: Providing The Ict Solution For Room Reservations And Visitor Registration; Providing, Setting Up, Technically Managing And Maintaining A Saas Solution For Room Reservation Software And Visitor Registration Software; Providing All Necessary Hardware Necessary For The Use And Operation Of The Above-Mentioned Ict Solution. Lots This Assignment Is Not Divided Into Lots. Within The Initial Assignment (The Delivery, Implementation, Maintenance And Technical Management Of The Space Management And Visitor Registration System), There Is Such A Coherence That The Assignment Can Be Seen As A Logical Whole. This Coherence Does Not Create Unnecessary Restrictions On The Market And Smes Retain Access To Participate In This Tender Procedure. There Is No Unnecessary Merger In This Assignment Within The Meaning Of Article 1.5 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Municipality Of Breda Wants To Enter Into A Long-Term Partnership With A Contract Partner Who Can Offer A Total Package Of Options In The Field Of Space Management And Visitor Registration And Who Can Act As Efficiently And Effectively As Possible. Purpose The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement For This Supply And Services With A Term Of 3 Years With A Starting Date Of August 1, 2026. The Client Has The Unilateral Right To Extend This Two (2) Times For Two (2) Years. The Decision-Making Regarding These Extension(S) Is Made On The Basis Of Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered.
