The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Administrators Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Financial Instrument For The Support Of Start-Up Enterprises For The Period 2026-2030 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Financial Instrument). The Financial Instrument Is Intended For The Business Sector - Micro And Small Businesses Operating In The Slovak Republic. The Fund Is A Purpose-Built Entity With A Set Duration And Goal. Funds Are Managed By Administrators Who Are Selected In This Public Tender. The Selected Administrators Will Be Fully Responsible For All Activities Related To The Management Of The Funds, The Search For Investment Opportunities, The Negotiation Of Investment Parameters, The Investment Of Capital, The Management Of The Portfolio Of Companies In The Funds And The Subsequent Implementation Of The Withdrawal (Sale Of Shares) From The Target Companies. The Funds Will Provide Equity Investments Or Quasi-Equity Investments To The Target Companies. The Goal Of The Trustees Is To Seek Investment Opportunities Whose Existing Or Planned Products/Services Will Be Applicable In The Market And Where There Is Potential For Growth And Investment Appreciation. Administrators Also Provide Target Companies With Know-How In The Field Of Business Management.
