The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Under Operational Leasing Of 15 Brand New, Low-Emission, Low-Floor City Buses With Hybrid Drive, Maxi Class, Of One Brand. Handing Over The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party For Use In Exchange For Payment Of Leasing Installments. 2. Training Of 43 People In Bus Operation As Part Of The Following Tasks: 1.1. In The Field Of Economical Driving Of The Offered Buses, 30 Drivers, 1.2 In The Field Of Bus Maintenance And Repair, 10 Technical Staff, 1.3. At Least 3 Technical Staff In The Field Of Passenger Information Systems. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Supply Of A Low-Emission, Low-Floor City Bus With A Hybrid Drive Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Implementation Conditions Are Included In Annex 2 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Specific Solutions In Terms Of Features, Parameters Or Technical Solutions, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Devices And Products Or Technical Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Their Features, Parameters Or Technical Solutions. The Obligation To Prove Equivalence Lies With The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 104 Of The Act - By Attaching To The Offer, E.G. Product Cards, Catalogues, Manufacturers Descriptions, Etc. - I.E. Descriptions That Will Unequivocally Confirm The Equivalence Of Devices And Products In Terms Of Their Features, Parameters Or Technical Solutions. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Requires That When Implementing The Order In Question, The Share Of Goods (Parts And Components) In Each Of The Buses Delivered Will Come From Countries That Are Parties To The Gpa Agreement Concluded Within The World Trade Organization (Wto) On Government Procurement And That Have Concluded Free Trade Agreements With The European Union Covering Public Procurement Regulations Be Over 50%.
