The Commercial Kitchen Of The Social Welfare Office In Graz, Known As “Küche Graz”, Plays A Central Role In Supplying Kindergartens, After-School Care Centers And Social Institutions. Currently, Around 9,000 Freshly Cooked Meals Are Prepared There Every Day And Delivered To 170 Different Facilities By 6 Vehicles By 11:00 A.M. Due To Increasing Requirements, A New Company Building Is Currently Being Built In Herrgottwiesgasse, In Which Up To 15,000 Portions Can Be Produced Daily In The Future. The New Kitchen Not Only Meets Modern Hygienic Standards, But Also Sustainable And Cost-Efficient Construction Methods. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Procure A Modern, User-Friendly And Completely Digital System Solution To Support Operational Processes In The City Of Grazs New Commercial Kitchen.
