The Subject Of The Contract Are Services Consisting In The Execution Of Research Works Focused On Measuring The Quality And Quantity Of Substances Contained In Condensates, Liquefied Gases And Dry Ice, Including Sampling During The Production Process And Quantification Of Dry Ice Production Of Ice From The Liquid Co2 Snowing Process. All These Products Come From The Utilization Process A Mixture Of Fermentation Gases Escaping During The Production Of Wine From Grape Vines. Part Of The Subject The Contract Also Includes Sensory Evaluation Of Condensates, Fermentation Gases Dissolved In Water, Of Dry Ice Sublimated Into A Water Environment. The Result Will Be A Research Report Processed Results And Evaluation. The First Step Of The Research Service Will Be To Sample The Researched Variants During The Process Condensation And Liquefaction Of Fermentation Gases. In Total, There Will Be Three Technological Repetitions (Three Independent Fermentation Runs) And Daily Sampling For 12 Days, A Total Of 36 Samples. Each Analysis Will Be Performed In Three Repetitions. In The Next Phase, It Will Be Necessary To Ensure The Quantification Of The Production Of Dry Ice From The Snowfall Process And Then Analyze The Chemical Composition. A Total Of 30 Samples (10 Repetitions To Evaluate The Repeatability From The Mentioned Three Fermentation Runs). Each Analysis Will Be Performed In Three Repetitions. The Potential Supplier Will Provide Laboratory Analytical Measurement Of Parameters Related To Quality And The Quantity Of Collected Samples Of Condensates, Gases And Dry Ice. Supplier Must For Everyone The Range Of Analyzes Listed Below Have At Least One Of The Analytical Methods Or Technologies Listed. It Is Not Required That The Supplier Has All The Methods Listed Below At The Same Time.
