The Capital Regional District (“Crd”) Invites Submissions From Proponents For The Work Described In The Description Of Work (Appendix “B”) On An As, If And When, Requested Basis, If Required, Non-Exclusive, With No Guaranteed Minimum Basis, To Support The Crd During The Term. There Is No Representation, Warranty, Or Guarantee Or Other Agreements Made To Proponents Regarding The Volume Of Work, If Any, To Be Acquired Under Any Standing Offer Agreement, If Any, Resulting From This Rfso.The Purpose Of This Request For Standing Offer (“Rfso”) Process Is For The Crd, Upon Its Sole Discretion, To Select One Or More Proponents To Enter Into Standing Offer Agreement(S) In Relation To The Work. A Standing Offer Agreement Will Not Necessarily Result From This Rfso. The Crd Reserves The Right To Request Separate Proposals Or Conduct Additional Procurements For Any Related Work In The Future, For Any Reason. Successful Proponents Who Enter Into Standing Offer Agreements With The Crd May Be Asked To Perform Work Via Statements Of Work In Accordance With The Process For Awarding Work Described In Appendix “E”. Payment Will Be Based Only On Work Completed. For Clarity, While The Term Is Set, Statements Of Work Initiated During The Term May Continue For Such Time As Necessary To Complete Work And Follow-On Work May Result From Any Statement Of Work Issued, Including From Those Statements Of Work Completed Outside The Term.This Is A Rfso And Not A Tender Call.
