The Framework Arrangement For The Main And Subcontracts Of Street And Regional Construction Mainly Consists Of Individual Street Construction Works In The Scope Of The Requests For Tenders. The Sites May Include Work By The Alva-Yhtiöt Client At A Separate Price. The Jyväskylä Kaupunki Client Makes The Following Separate Procurements For The Sites: - Paving Works - Slip-Cast Edge Supports (If Necessary) - Lane Markings For The Last Pavement Surface (If Necessary). In Addition, The Alva-Yhtiöt Oy Client Determines Separate Procurements According To The Contract Program For Each Site. Contracts Related To The City Of Jyväskyläs Own Production (Subcontract). Contracts Belonging To The Framework Arrangement Are Tendered Through A Mini-Competition Among Contractors Belonging To The Framework Arrangement. In Mini-Competitions, The Selection Criteria Is The Lowest Price. Small Procurements Can Be Ordered From Contractual Partners Even Without A Mini-Competition. Without Tendering, The Work Can Be Ordered In A Situation Where The Contractor Is Already Working On The Site Or In Its Vicinity. If The Provider Experiences Temporary Disruptions In The Data, It Must Be Reported To The Customer In Writing Without Delay. The Customer May Require The Contractor To Use Various Of The Customers Electronic Tools In The Projects, E.G. Infrakit Or Buildie. The Licenses Of These Electronic Tools That May Be Required By The Subscriber Are The Responsibility Of The Subscriber. If The Project Is Required Or Jointly Agreed To Be Implemented On A Model Basis, The Related Procedures Will Be Agreed On A Project-Specific Basis. The Client Uses The Infrakit Platform To Support Model-Based Construction, Which Is Also Available To The Contractor In The Clients Projects In The City Of Jyväskylä. This Framework Arrangement Does Not Affect Any Existing Contracts Of The Subscriber, And Does Not Remove The Subscribers Right To Acquire Contracts Outside Of This Framework Arrangement, For Example As Direct Procurement In Situations Permitted By The Procurement Act
