Helsingin Kaupungin Asunnot Oy (Heka) Invites Interested Companies To Participate In A Market Dialogue Related To The Procurement Of Maintenance Cleaning And Basic Cleaning Services. The Object Of The Procurement Is Maintenance And Basic Cleaning Services For Common Areas Of Residential Buildings Owned By Heka, As Well As Need-Based Basic Cleaning In Hekas Own Production Sites And In The Service Providers Own Areas. The Procurement Covers The Following Areas: Puotila, Vuosaari, Pikku Huopalahti And Kantakaupunki. In Addition, A Cleaning Service Will Be Ordered From The Service Provider During The Absence Of Hekas Personnel. Cleaning Needs Can Vary From A Few Days To Longer Service Needs. Cleaning Services In Hekas Own Production Are Ordered As Gig-Type Additional Services As Needed. Heka Asks Companies To Comment On The Following Issues:• Content Of The Procurement Object And Service (Service Description)• Contract Terms, Such As Price Change Conditions And Terms Of Employment• Pricing Criteria• Responsibility Criteria Companies Registered For The Market Dialogue Will Receive The Procurement Documents That Can Be Commented On By Email To The Email Provided By The Company. The Companies Comments Are Sent To Heka By E-Mail Or Via The Forms Questionnaire. You Will Be Given About A Week To Comment. Please Note That This Is A Request For Information, And Offers Are Not Yet Being Requested.
