Description Of The Assignment The Assignment Includes The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Microsoft And Adobe Licenses, Associated Cloud Services, As Well As A Comprehensive Service For License Management And Software Asset Management (Sam). The Framework Agreement Shall Cover Administration And Operational Handling Of The License Portfolio, Including Orders, Changes, Terminations And Ongoing Follow-Up Of License Use. The Agreement Must Also Include Standardized Reporting For Compliance, Consumption And Costs, So That Dibk Gets A Good Decision-Making Basis For Optimizing The License Portfolio. The Delivery Must Support License Management In Relevant Administration Surfaces And Services, Including M365, Azure And Adobe Admin Console. Provision Must Be Made For Automated Processes For The Allocation And Removal Of Licenses Based On Identity And Life Cycle Data, As Well As Mechanisms That Support Control, Approval And Traceability Where This Is Required.
