The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase, In Accordance With The Provided Terms Of Reference For The Following Sub-Objects: Sub-Object 1: Reconstruction Of A Warm-Up Athletics Track, Including Construction Of Lighting Equipment; Sub-Item 2: Lighting Arrangement Of A Competitive Athletics Track, Which Is Located Around The Football Field; Sub-Item 3: Construction Of An Outdoor Fitness Area; Sub-Object 4: Construction Of A Sound System At The Stadium Sub-Item 5: Delivery And Installation Of An External Electronic Information Board At The Stadium, Incl. Metal Frame And Fastening. Activity 2 – Implementation Of Smr /Construction And Assembly Works/ According To The Approved Investment Project; Activity 3 – Exercising Author Supervision During Construction. The Full Volume Of Activities Is Specified In The Technical Terms Of Reference, Which Also Fulfills The Role Of The Design Assignment For The Award Of The Investment Project. The Contractor Should Carry Out Control During The Implementation Of The Activities Assigned By The Contract In Accordance With The Technical Guidelines For Compliance With The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm In The Sense Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 18, 2020 To Create A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments And To Amend Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088 (Taxonomy Regulation) ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​
