Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A New Wheeled Excavator With A Front Loader And Included Mechanical Quick Change Of The Excavator Equipment For The Needs Of Vik Eood, Stara Zagora
The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of A New Wheeled Excavator With A Front Loader And Included Mechanical Quick Change Of The Excavator System, With Minimum Technical Characteristics And Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification Appendix No. 1. The Delivery Will Be Made Free Of Charge By The Auxiliary And Auxiliary Activity (Psa) Of Vik Eood - City Of Stara Zagora Within A Period Proposed By The Participant, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No More Than 30 (Thirty) Days. The Warranty Period For The Delivered Excavator Is Offered In Years Or Motorcycle Hours - A Minimum Of 2 (Two) Years Or A Minimum Of 2,000 (Two Thousand) Motorcycle Hours, Whichever Occurs First. The Delivery Will Be Financed With Own Funds Under The Following Conditions: Initial Payment 20% Percent Of The Contract Value With The Full Amount Of Vat Included In The Amount, And The Remaining Amount Divided Into 6 (Six) Equal Monthly Installments. For This Purpose, Each Of The Participants Should Present A Scheme For A Period Of Six Months, Which Will Subsequently Be An Integral Part Of The Concluded Supply Contract. The Delivery And Handover/Receipt Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Certified By The Signing Of Two Copies Of A Bilateral Acceptance-Handover Protocol By The Parties Or Their Authorized Representatives (For The Employer, A Commission Specially Formed By Him For This Purpose), After Checking For The Absence Of Inconsistencies Of The Technique With The Technical Characteristics Presented In The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor And The Technical Specification Of The Employer. The Handover Protocol Contains The Basis For Its Creation (Contract Number), Identification Of The Excavator - Subject Of Delivery. The Contractor Shall Notify The Employer In Writing No Less Than 5 (Five) Days In Advance Of The Specific Date And Time At Which The Delivery Will Be Made. Upon Handing Over The Excavator, The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With The Time Necessary According To The Circumstances To Review Them For Non-Conformities, And The Same Shall Not Exceed 2 (Two) Working Days.
