According To The Prepared Investment Project, It Is Planned That The Construction And Assembly Works Will Be Carried Out In 2 Stages. With This Public Procurement, The Activities Planned For Implementation In The Second Stage Of The Investment Project Are Realized. The Construction And Assembly Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Detailed/Specified In The Investment Project, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. Time Limit For The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works - According To The One Specified By The Participant, Designated As The Contractor In The Proposal For The Implementation Of The Order - Sample No. 1, But Not More Than 120 /One Hundred And Twenty/ Calendar Days, With The Time Limit Starting From The Signing Of The Protocol For The Opening Of The Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level Of Construction - Appendix No. 2 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 D. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Until The Completion Of Construction Works On The Site And Drawing Up Of A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction - Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction Without Remarks. *The Implementation Of The Smr Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Current Regulations And In Accordance With The Issued Construction Documents, Approved Investment Project And Valid Construction Permit; *Construction Activity Is Carried Out By Carrying Out Smr By Type And Quantities, According To The Approved Investment Project.
