The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy To 23 Pcs. The Objects Connected At The Low Voltage Level (Of Which 17 Units Are According To A Standardized Load Profile (Stp) And 6 Units With Hourly Metering (Pi) Of Electric Energy) By The Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group; B) Inclusion Of The Sites In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator; Consumption Forecasting, Preparation And Submission Of Hourly Daily Schedules; Assuming Responsibility For Balancing And All Activities Related To Participation In The Liberalized (Free) Electricity Market Of The Contracting Authority Without Additional Payment; C) Payment Of Services For Access To The Power Transmission And/Or Power Distribution Network, Transmission Of Electric Energy Through The Power Transmission And/Or Power Distribution Network (Network Services), Obligation To Society, Excise Duty And Vat For All 23 Units. Objects With Stp And Pi. The Estimated Quantity For The Supply Of Net Electrical Energy For The Term Of The Contract For All Sites Of The Contracting Authority Is 431 Mwh. It Is Indicative In Nature And Does Not Oblige The Employer To Consume It In Full, Nor Does It Limit Its Consumption. The Price For The Supply Of One Mwh Of Low-Voltage Net Active Electrical Energy Is Uniform For All Tariff Zones (Peak, Day And Night) And Is Formed From The Weighted Average Monthly Price For The Supply Of 1 Mwh, According To The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange On The Day Ahead Market Segment (It Means The Sum Of The Hourly Price Of Bneb, Determined On The Day Ahead Market Segment, Calculated For Each Hour Based On The Measured Amount Of Energy Of The Contracting Authority) + Fixed Allowance Offered By The Contractor (With A Constant Value For The Entire Duration Of The Contract), And The Price Is Specified To The Second Decimal Place. The Proposed Fixed Allowance For 1 Mwh Can Be As Low As €0.01 Ex Vat Up To €5 Ex Vat. A Participant Who Offered A Fixed Allowance Higher Than 5 Euros Without Vat Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. ​​​​​​​
