The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Create And Conduct A Course Creativity With Artificial Intelligence For Children And Librarians For The Needs Of The Regional Library Hristo Botev City Of Vratsa Under Project No. Robg00257 Creativity And Ai In The Libraries Of Vratsa And Dolj /Creai-Vdlib/, Implemented Under The Interreg Vi-A Program Romania - Bulgaria 2021-2027, To Enable Children Aged 9 To 15 To Create Music, Pictures, Stories, Animations And Interactive Projects Using Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Tools, Even Without Prior Experience In These Fields, With The Assistance Of Specially Trained Library Professionals. The Course Has Two Strands - Ai Literacy Training For Librarians And Running An Academy For Children Aged 9 To 15 To Encourage Creativity And Improve Their Ai Skills In Five Modules - Music, Drawing, Creative Writing, Animation And Visual Arts And Interactive Projects. The Order Includes The Following Main Activities: Activity 1: Development Of Methodology And Training Programs Activity 2: Provision And Configure Ai Tools Activity 3: Training Of Library Professionals Activity 4: Monitoring The Creative Academy For Children Activity 5: Create A Website
