The Lease Rate Is $5 Per Square Meter For The Allowable Childcare Spots Per Licensing Requirements. Utility Costs Are Included In This Rate But Wifi Is Not. Custodial Costs Are Included In This Rate For Shared Spaces Only. These Rates Are Subject To Annual Review By Sd71. It Is Expected Services Will Be Provided From 7:00 To 5:30 On School Days.
