The City Of Kelowna Is Issuing This Notice Of Intent (Noi) To Directly Award A Contract For Mobile Lidar Parking Occupancy Data Services To Parkmobile Electronic Parking Solutions Canada Inc. (Arrive). The Intent Of This Contract Is To Provide The City With A Parking Occupancy Data Collection System For The Urban Core, Using Fleet Vehicle‑Mounted Lidar Laser Technology. The Scope Of Work Includes The Supply Of Lidar Scanners And Associated Software Subscription And Data Services On An Annual Basis. The Supplier Is An Approved Vendor Under The Canoe (Sourcewell) Purchasing Cooperative, Which Has Completed A Compliant Competitive Procurement.
