The Product Must Meet The Quality, Safety And Composition Requirements Defined By The Anp, And Must Be Supplied With A Safety Seal, In A Cylinder In Perfect Conditions Of Use, Without Dents, Corrosion, Leaks Or Other Irregularities. Delivery Must Take Place At The Location Indicated By The Contractor, Observing All Applicable Safety Standards For The Transport And Handling Of Lpg, Type P45, With A Nominal Capacity Of 45 Kg, In Accordance With Current Technical Standards Of Anp And Inmetro. The Product Must Meet Quality Requirements, Shell (Cylinder) For Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Lpg) Type P13, Empty, With Nominal Capacity Of 13 Kg, Made Of High-Resistance Carbon Steel, According To Applicable Abnt And Imeter Standards, Natural Mineral Water, Without Gas, Potable, Packed In Disposable Plastic Cups With Nominal Capacity Of 200 Ml, Properly Sealed, Colorless And Non-Toxic. The Product Must Comply With The Current Health Standards Of The National Health Surveillance Agency – Anvisa And Other Applicable Legislation, And Must Present A Label Identifying The Manufacturer, Date Of Packaging, Expiration Date, Batch And Composition.
