Acquisition Of Fish, Whole Croaker Type, Frozen, Each Piece Must Be Approximately 3Kg, The Scales Must Be Firm And Resistant, Absence Of Stains, Holes Or Cuts On The Surface, The Skin Must Be Moist, Tense And Well Adhered, The Eyes Must Occupy The Entire Cavity, Be Shiny And Prominent, Without The Presence Of Dots White Papers In The Center Of The Eye, Containing Product Identification, Manufacturers Brand, Expiry Date Of At Least 9 Months From The Date Of Receipt, Official Marks And Stamps, In Accordance With Ordinances Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Anvisa And Other Specific Legislation. Packed In Reinforced Polypropylene Bags Covered In Cardboard Boxes (Kraft Type) Or Clean Plastic Boxes.
