This Call For Tenders Concerns The Services Of An Environmental Engineer (Rie) For The Detailed Project Phase (Dp) And Environmental Monitoring Of Construction (Ser) For The Call For Tender And Construction Phases Of The Northern Bypass Of The Village Of Twann (Douanne). This Bypass Takes The Form Of A Tunnel (Twanntunnel) Which Connects To And Extends The Existing Ligerztunnel (Gléresse Tunnel). The Project Mainly Consists Of A New Underground Tunnel Of 1,925 M Which Connects To The Eastern Portal On The Existing N05 Between Twann And Wingreis, Where A New Half-Junction Is Planned. The Complete Structure Is Built Under Traffic With A Complex Construction Phase At Its Two Ends. The Mandate Covers Rie Services For Phase Sia 33 And Ser Services For Phases Sia 41, 51, 52 And 53.
