The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Maintenance, Repair, Upgrading And Technical Support Services Of School Buildings, Kindergartens, Sports Facilities, Libraries, Kapi, And Other Building Facilities Used Or Owned By The Municipality As Well As The Supply Of The Materials That Will Be Required During The Works. In More Detail, The Assigned Tasks Include The Following Maintenance Tasks For Buildings And Facilities As Described Below: A) Preventive, Regular Maintenance And Assistance In The Technical Management Of The Operation Of Buildings And Facilities. B) The Emergency Maintenance / Restoration, Which Consists In The Immediate Repair And Treatment Of Any Damage, Wear, Defect Or Malfunction Of The Infrastructure Of The Buildings And Facilities, In Order To Restore Their Normal Operation. C) The Support Of The Service In Issuing Permits, Certificates, Etc. As Well As The More General Technical Support Of The Municipality Of Agia Paraskevi Regarding The Technical Management Of The Buildings. D) The Control And Removal Of Suspicious/Hazardous Waste.
