The Current Transaction Service Is Implemented As Part Of The Back-End System, But The Reform Will Build An Independent Service Entity That Utilizes Several Back-End Systems Through Interfaces And Offers Customer Service Experts A Separate User Interface For Viewing And Communicating Customer Information. The Solution Package To Be Implemented Also Includes A User Interface For Customer Service Experts. This User Interface For Experts Also Serves As An Internal Work Tool For Processing Messages And Contacts From Other Sources (E.G. Contacts By Phone). The New Transaction Service Will Be Implemented As A Customized Solution For The Employment Funds Microsoft Azure Environment, Utilizing The Components And Services Provided By The Environment. The Chosen Supplier Is Responsible For The Design And Technical Implementation Of The New Business Service As Well As The Necessary Integrations. After The Release Of The First Phase, The Selected Supplier Will Provide Support And Maintenance Services For The Solution In Cooperation With Other Partners Of The Employment Fund. After The First Implementation Phase, The Employment Fund Can Acquire From The Supplier Further Development And Minor Development Of The Service, Including Possible Licenses, Application Components And Other Add-Ons Related To The Solution. After The First Phase, New Transaction Functions Are Planned As Extensions To The Solution To Support Other Processes Handled By The Employment Fund. The Procurement Contract Is Valid Until Further Notice.
