The Subject Of The Contract Will Be A Concession For The Operation And Maintenance Of Thermal Energy Equipment Within The Framework Of Thermal Management In The Administration Of The Bratislava – Staré Mesto Municipal District, Which The Public Contracting Authority Will Leave To The Successful Bidder For The Purpose Of Ensuring The Production And Supply Of Heat And Hot Domestic Water, As Well As The Service And Maintenance Of Thermal Energy Equipment To The Extent That The Equipment Meets All Requirements For Functionality, Safety, Ecological And Economic Operation With The Aim Of Maintaining Or, As Little As Possible, Increasing Prices Of Heat And Domestic Hot Water To Final Customers.
