Sewerage Management Services – Framework Service Agreement With Purchase Orders For The Provision Of Services For The Operation Of The Public Collective Sanitation Service. The Services Will Be The Subject Of A Split Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Services Under The Framework Agreement Are Carried Out By Issuing Successive Purchase Orders According To Needs. Each Order Form Specifies Those Of The Services Described In The Framework Agreement Whose Execution Is Requested. He Determines The Quantity. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator.
