As Part Of The Sg Wan Network, The Ordering Party Requires: - Provision Of Wan Network Services In Mpls Technology In Approximately 190 Locations Located Throughout The Country By Implementing Two Symmetric Access Links (Primary And Backup Links) To Each Location (3 Nodes Are Located Outside The Borders Of The Republic Of Poland, But A Short Distance From The Border); - Launching Three Access Lines To The Internet, One In Three Scattered Locations In The Republic Of Poland; - Connection Of The Main Three Locations Of The Sg Wan Network Using Data Transmission Based On A Dedicated Optical Channel; - Receiving Reports Regarding Failures Of The Sg Wan Network Via A Dedicated Portal Available Via The Website Or The Reporting Center; As Part Of The Optional Order, The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Make Changes To The Sg Wan Network, Such As: 1) Launching A New Sg Wan Network Node; 2) Launching A Temporary Sg Wan Network Node; 3) Moving The Sg Wan Node To Another Location; 4) Increasing The Capacity Of The Primary Link, 5) Increasing The Capacity Of The Backup Link, 6) Changing The Classification Of The Sg Wan Network Node; 7) Changing The Method Of Implementing The Backup Link (Changing The Transmission Medium) In The Indicated Location. Changes To The Sg Wan Network May Be Implemented Within The Scope Of The Provided Option Right. The Order Covered By The Option Right Will Not Exceed 40% Of The Number Of Nodes Indicated In The Sg Wan Network Location List Specified In The Opz And 30% Of The Value Of The Basic Order.
