The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply And Update Of Software For The Computerization And Digitization Of The Hospital, Together With Maintenance Services For Email Protection, Edr/Xdr Support, Maintenance Of The Existing Vulnerability Management System (Siem) And The Workstation And Server Protection System, As Well As Training Of It Staff As Part Of The Implementation Of A Project Financed From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Kpo). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Opz (Annex No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Annex No. 2 To The Swz). The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is 38 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Proceedings Are Conducted In Polish. Justification For The Lack Of Division Into Lots The Ordering Party Decided Not To Divide The Order Into Parts Because The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order Requires Ensuring Full Technological And Organizational Coherence Between The Individual Elements Of The Cybersecurity System. The Subject Of The Order Includes Both The Delivery And Implementation Of Anti-Virus Software With The Edr/Xdr Module, As Well As The Provision Of Services For Maintaining The Workstation Protection System, E-Mail System Administration, Siem System Administration And Proactive Monitoring Of It Infrastructure. The Scope Of These Services Functionally Constitutes One Coherent Process Of Ensuring The Security Of The Ordering Partys Ict Infrastructure. Individual Elements Of The Security System - In Particular The Edr/Xdr System, Siem System, E-Mail System And Infrastructure Monitoring - Are Closely Interconnected And Cooperate Within One Process Of Detection, Analysis And Response To Security Incidents. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Lead To Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties Related To The Integration Of Individual System Components And Coordination Of The Activities Of Many Contractors. In Particular, It Could Result In The Dispersion Of Responsibility For Handling Security Incidents, Extension Of Response Time To Incidents And Difficulties In Ensuring A Uniform Operational Model Of Security Services. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Implementation Of The Services Covered By The Order Should Take Place In A Model That Ensures A Single Point Of Contact For Notifications, A Uniform Incident Handling System, Common Response Procedures And Uniform Reporting Regarding The Provision Of Services. Providing Such An Operating Model In The Case Of Implementation Of Individual Elements Of The Contract By Different Contractors Would Be Significantly Difficult. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented In The Environment Of A Healthcare Entity, Where It Systems Support Critical Processes Related To The Provision Of Health Services. The Implementation And Maintenance Of Security Systems Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of Operation Of The It Infrastructure And Minimizes The Risk Of Disruptions To The Functioning Of Systems Used In Medical Activities.
