The Åland Regional Government Is To Build A New Road And Port With A Ferry Berth On Eastern Föglö In The Åland Archipelago. The Property Is Located In Föglö Municipality, Åland Province. The Road Is Planned For 3000M And Connects To The Existing Road At Sommarö, In The West, And Connects To The New Harbor Plan On The Coast In The East, In Hastersboda. The Harbor Plan Is Approx. 12,000 M2. The Harbor Plan Ends In The East Towards A New Quay And A Pier Is Built At The Quay. Two Ferry Moorings With Flaps For Docking Ferries Are Installed In The Quay. The Facility Must Also Include Harbor Level Lighting As Well As Electrical Installations For Flaps And Ship Connections With Associated Electrical Facilities For Connection To The Public Electrical Grid. The Provincial Government Has Produced Documents For The Road Plan, Including An Overview Of The Harbor Plan And Ferry Moorings. The Provincial Government Now Plans To Begin Detailed Planning And The Production Of A Proposal Document For The Procurement Of Contracting. Detailed Planning Refers To Roads And Electricity/Lighting. The Proposal Document Refers To The Quay And Pier As A Basis For The Part Of The Contract That Refers To Turnkey Contracting.
