The Overall Renovation Consists Of Fire Protection, The Building Envelope, The Building Technical Systems Such As Heating, Plumbing, Ventilation, Building Automation And Electrical As Well As A Functional Improvement In The Conversion Of Room Sizes And Space Options. In Addition, A New Modular Building Will Be Built In The Schoolyard For The Max Von Der Grün School, Which Is Currently Housed In Parts Of The Ground Floor Of The Fördegymnasium And In Temporary School Containers. The Intention Is To Divide The Implementation Into 2 Construction Phases, North And South, With School Operations Ongoing And To Relocate To Temporary Replacement Classes (Container Facilities) On The Site. The Existing Outdoor Facilities, Including The Parking Space, Are To Be Largely Restored And Some Areas Unsealed After The Respective Construction Work Has Been Completed. A Sensible Zoning Must Be Carried Out, Connections To Buildings And The New, Spacious Auditorium As The Main Entrance Should Be Integrated Into The Planning. The Use Of The Schoolyard In The Area Of The New Mvdg School Building Must Be Redesigned And The Existing Trees Must Be Taken Into Account. A Clear Separation Between Ongoing School Operations And The Construction Site During The Implementation Phase Is One Of The Most Important Requirements Of Construction Planning And Must Be Taken Into Account As Part Of The Planning So That Good Conditions Are In Place For A Smooth And Rapid Construction Process.
