The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Award A Framework Works Agreement For Carrying Out Operations On The Low Voltage And Low Current Electrical Installations Of Paris-Cdg, Paris-Lbg And The General Aviation Aerodromes. The Expected Services Are Defined In The Specific Technical Clauses And Its Possible Annexes. The Services Mainly Concern Various High Current And Low Current Works The Studies, Supply And Installation Of Various Electrical Services Such As The Creation Of Tgbt, Locks, Etc. The Work Can Be Carried Out Both Day And Night, In Public Areas As Well As In Security Areas, Most Often With A Site In Operation The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Multi-Awardees, With A Maximum Number Of 4 Holders At The End Of The Consultation And Will Include A Financial Discount Threshold In Permanent Competition Of €30,000 Excluding Tax. • Below The Financial Threshold Of 30,000 Euros Excluding Tax, The Framework Agreement Gives Rise To The Allocation Of Purchase Orders Without Competition Between The Holders. Each Holder May Be Consulted Individually Without Competition. The Allocation Of Orders Will Be Based On The Specific Nature Of The Service In Question As Well As The Adequacy Between The Mission And The Profiles Of The Participants As Well As The Methodology Indicated In The Technical Memorandum Of The Holder. Unless Otherwise Specified In The Consultation Email Sent To Holders During The Re-Competition, Purchase Orders Will Be Awarded According To The Following Judging Criteria: • Price • Deadline/Schedule • Technique The Weighting Of The Price Criterion Will Be At Least 40%. The Weighting Of The Deadline/Scheduling And Technical Criteria Will Be Distributed And Adjusted According To The Purpose Of The Recompetition Of The Holders.
