Purchase And Delivery Of 1 Unit, Factory New, Unused Electric Car, Equipped According To Art. 139 Of The Road Traffic Act, Accompanied By The Necessary Documents For Its Registration, A Service Book, And Provision Of Warranty Maintenance And Registration Of The Car At The Traffic Police; The Delivered Vehicles Must Be On The Production List As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Participants Offer Or Of The Previous Calendar Year, Be New And Unused, Accompanied By An Instruction Or Operating Manual In Bulgarian And In Accordance With The Specification Attached Below.; The Delivered Vehicles Must Be Registered With The Traffic Police By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Act And Ordinance No. I-45 Of March 24, 2000 For Registration, Reporting, Starting And Stopping Of Motor Vehicles And Trailers Towed By Them. 3. Delivery Period Proposed By The Participant, But Not Longer Than 30 Days, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Later Than 30.05.2026. In This Regard, The Participant To His Technical Proposal Should Submit A Document Originating From The Manufacturer Of The Offered Cars Or His Official Representatives, Certifying The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 For The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. Each Participant Should Present Documents Certifying The Compliance Of The Set Requirements For Clean Vehicles With Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. ​​​​​​​
