Equipment Hls (Alg 1-3, 8) According To §§ 53 Ff Hoai - Service Phases 3-9 The City Of Tegernsee Intends To Comprehensively Renovate The Building Complex Around The Ludwig Thoma Hall. The Building Consists Of Three Structurally And Functionally Different Parts - A Southern, Older Part Of The Former Tegernseer Hof And A Northern Part Of The Building That Houses The Large Meeting Place (Ludwig Thoma Hall) And An Additional Residential Wing. The Aim Of The Project Is To Structurally, Technically And Functionally Upgrade All Areas Of The Building, Taking Into Account Current Requirements For Safety, Use, Accessibility, Energy Efficiency And Design Quality. Southern Part Of The Building: On The Ground Floor There Is A Restaurant With Seating For Up To 60 Guests As Well As A Meeting Place With A Foyer Near The Main Entrance. In The Basement (Partial Basement) There Are Storage And Ancillary Rooms For The Restaurant. There Are Also Existing Apartments On The Upper And Attic Floors. Northern Part Of The Building: The Northern Part Of The Building Comprises Three Floors And Houses The Ludwig Thoma Hall On The Ground Floor (Main Area) As A Meeting Place With A Stage, Side And Storage Rooms As Well As The Meeting Places Technical Rooms. There Are Further Storage Rooms On The Upper Floor. The Ludwig Thoma Hall Is Classified As A Multi-Story Meeting Place And Is Used For Both Municipal And External Events. Gatherings Of Up To Around 270 People Are To Be Expected. The Entire Complex Has Maximum External Dimensions Of Approx. 45 M X 29 M. The Building Consists Predominantly Of Solid Construction With Concrete Or Masonry Walls As Well As Reinforced Concrete And Wooden Beam Ceilings. A Cost Estimate For The Measure And Part Of The Preliminary Planning For The Specialist Planning Areas Are Already Available. The Cost Estimate For Cost Groups 300 + 400 (According To Din 276) Amounts To Approx. Eur 2,900,000 Net. The Entire Interior Furnishings And Equipment (Seating, Acoustics And Lighting In The Hall, Curtains, Etc.) Are Not Included In The Estimated Construction Costs.
