The Purpose Of This Action Is The Provision And Installation Of Msw Container Fencing (Container Covers) For The Beautification Of The Urban Centers Of The Municipalities In The Sierra Norte Of Madrid. The Execution Of The Object Of This Contract Is Based On The Provision Of Supply, Transportation And Installation Of Thirty-Five (35) Vinyl Fences In 28 Municipalities, As Modular Ecological Islands, For The Coverage, Fencing And Beautification Of The Areas That House The Waste Containers In The Municipalities Of The Sierra Norte Of Madrid. The Material To Be Used In These Fences Will Be Polyethylene (Recycled Plastic), Which Means The Use Of Recycled And Sustainable Materials. Container Fencing Will Be Carried Out Using Self-Supporting Systems Of Modular Panels Fixed/Anchored Directly To The Ground Or Existing Structures, In Order To Eliminate/Reduce Structural Pillars, Metal Posts And/Or Embeddings In The Ground And, Consequently, The Civil Works To The Foundation And Slab. The Installation Of Prefabricated Modular Elements Involves Minimal Intervention On The Pavement, Limited To Specific Anchors, Thus Avoiding Large-Scale Civil Works That Could Produce Dust, Soil Drift Or Soil Contamination. In Addition, It Does Not Involve The Installation Of Permanent Structures And Does Not Generate Construction Or Demolition Waste. The Container Covers Must Be Made Of Recycled Polyethylene, A Durable, Weather-Resistant Material Suitable For Modular Replacement. The Planned System Allows The Replacement Of Specific Parts In Case Of Deterioration, Avoiding The Complete Replacement Of The Installation And Reducing The Future Generation Of Waste. This Technical Feature Limits The Consumption Of Additional Resources Throughout The Product Life Cycle. The Planned Vinyls Are Installed On The Modules Without Manipulation That Generates Relevant Emissions, And Their Maintenance Is Limited To Ordinary Cleaning. The System Will Simultaneously Guarantee The Protection Of Containers, Operational Accessibility For Collection Services And Correct Visual Integration In Public Space, Addressing The Specific Needs Of Different Types Of Users. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Fences In The Locations Indicated Below, Which Contribute To The Design Of Modular Ecological Islands. All Modules Must Incorporate Vinyls (Except Those Explained
