Architectural Services For Buildings – Property Planning Services - New Construction Of Christina Primary School With Sports Hall In Stommeln (Pulheim). As Part Of The School Development Planning, Different Projects Are Being Carried Out At Various Locations In The Pulheim Urban Area, Some Of Which Are Interdependent, At Various Schools (Primary Schools, Secondary Schools And High Schools) As Well As Their Outdoor And Sports Facilities. The City Of Pulheim, As The School Authority, Would Like To Meet The Needs Of The Individual Schools Derived From The School Development Planning And The Pulheim School Building Guidelines In A Future-Oriented And Sustainable Manner. This Applies In Particular To The Expansion Of Schools Due To Increased Speed, The Compensation Of Existing Space Deficits And The Repair Of Schools Due To Age-Related Wear And Tear. A Master Plan Was Created With The Support Of An External Planning Office For The Perspective And Strategic Planning Of All Necessary Measures And The Consolidation Of School Construction Projects That Interlocked In Terms Of Content And Timing. One Result Of The Aforementioned Master Plan Is The Completely New Construction Of The 4-Class Christina Primary School (Christinaschule), Which Already Exists At The Christinastrasse Location In Pulheims Stommeln District. There Is Currently A Primary School With A Multi-Purpose Hall On The School Property. Due To The Additional Area And Space Requirements Resulting From The Pulheim School Building Guidelines As Well As The Need For Action In The Medium Term Due To Proven Pcb Contamination Of The Existing Building, The Christina School Is To Be Rebuilt On The School Property In A First Construction Phase. During The New Construction Project, The Existing School Building Will Be Retained For School Operations. After The New Building Is Completed, The Existing School Building Will Be Demolished In The Next Construction Phase. The Final Construction Phase Involves The Construction Of A New Single-Field Gymnasium As An Extension Of The Existing Multi-Purpose Hall, As Well As The Preparation And Reorganization Of The Schoolyard Area.
