Cultural Event Organization Services – Comprehensive Organization Of 15 Outdoor Events Promoting The Mazowsze Brand Called Mazopikniki Organized As Part Of The Relax In Mazovia Campaign Taking Place In 15 Locations In The Masovian Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of The Project Titled: Mazopikniki Implemented By The Masovian Voivodeship Local Government, 15 Events In 15 Different Locations From: 12.00 – 22.00 In The Masovian Voivodeship. The Event Is Divided Into Two Parts: Picnic 12.00 - 18.00 And Entertainment 18.30 - 22.00. The Entertainment Part Will Be A Mass Event (For 2,500 People), In Accordance With The Act On The Safety Of Mass Events Of March 20, 2009. The Main Element Of The Order Belonging To The Contractors Tasks Will Be The Implementation Of Eight Activity Zones: Zone 1 (Stand), Zone 2 (Workshop), Zone 3 (Exhibitors), Zone 4 (Games And Fun), Zone 5 (Mjwp And Ksow), 6 Zone (Entertainment), 7 Zone (Mazoporanek Tv), 8 Zone (Gastronomic).
