The Subject Of This Order Includes The Construction Of A High-Standard Educational And Workshop Complex In The Design And Build Formula, Creating Specialized And Innovative Teaching And Workshop Facilities For The Construction School Complex In Zakopane. The Educational And Workshop Building Will Be Connected To The Existing Gymnasium And The Former Boarding School Building, Which Is Scheduled For Reconstruction And Partial Demolition. As Part Of The Investment, The Following Should Be Constructed: A New Teaching Building With A Workshop Part With Construction Equipment, Reconstruction Of The Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage System, Water Supply System, Construction Of An External Lighting Installation, Construction Of Hardened Surfaces And Demolition Of Existing Buildings: Workshops, Finishing Room, Scout And Partial Demolition Of The Dormitory. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program [Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ffu] Prepared For The Investment Task In Question, Which Constitutes Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 3. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 4. The Remaining Conditions Are Described In Point 4 Of This Swz.
