The Opera Shall Be The Region ́S Powerhouse Within Opera, Music And Performing Arts. The Opera Shall Simultaneously Hold Regional, National And International Orientation. The Aim Shall Be Highlighted By: To Be An Offer To The Entire Population Of The Region, Self-Production And Dissemination Of High Quality Opera Productions, Collaboration With Other Music And Performing Arts Actors, To Contribute To The Development Of The Regions Art And Cultural Life.
