Kindergarten Furniture - Furnishing Of A Kindergarten In Štrigova. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is: Equipping The Kindergarten In Štrigova. The Subject Of The Procurement Includes The Supply, Manufacture, Delivery, Transport, Entry And Installation Of The Equipment Specified In Appendix I - Cost Sheet And Appendix Ii - Equipment Project, Up To The Full Functionality Of The Kindergarten In Štrigova. The Technical Specifications Listed In Appendix I - Cost Sheet And Appendix Ii - Equipment Project Represent The Minimum Technical Requirements That The Offered Goods Must Meet In Full. The Selected Bidder Is Obliged To Offer And Completely Deliver New, Unused, Technically Correct, Packaged And Undamaged Goods That Must Fully Match The Required Technical Characteristics. All Equipment Must Comply With The Applicable Legal And By-Laws Of The Republic Of Croatia And The European Union, As Well As The Appropriate Safety Norms And Standards Relating To Equipment For Preschool Institutions, As Well As Regulations On General Product Safety. The Selected Bidder Is Obliged To Inspect All Energy And Other Connections Before Manufacturing And/Or Supplying The Equipment. Before The Supply, Manufacture And Delivery Of The Equipment, It Is Obligatory To Carry Out A Control Of All Measures At The Facility, On The Spot, And To Coordinate Any Necessary Adjustments Of Measures And Shapes With The Client In A Timely Manner. The Delivered Equipment/Goods Must Be Accompanied By Instructions For Use In The Croatian Language, Warranty Cards, Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates And Other Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. For Furniture That Is Not Specifically Indicated In The Price List As Being Made To Measure, Deviations In Dimensions Of Up To ± 10% Are Allowed, Provided That Such Deviation Does Not Affect The Functionality Of The Space Or Compliance With The Design Documentation. All Furniture And Goods That Do Not Meet The Required Quality, Technical Specifications Or Are Not Assembled In An Appropriate And Professional Manner Must Be Replaced Or Reassembled At The Expense Of The Selected Bidder. The Bidder Is Obliged To Execute The Procurement Subject In Accordance With This Procurement Documentation And All Its Annexes, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Legal And By-Law Regulations That Apply To The Procurement Subject, As Well As The Rules Of The Profession And Good Business Practice.
