The Building Consists Of Three Structurally And Functionally Different Parts - A Southern, Older Part Of The Former Tegernseer Hof And A Northern Part Of The Building That Houses The Large Meeting Place (Ludwig Thoma Hall) And An Additional Residential Wing. The Aim Of The Project Is To Structurally, Technically And Functionally Upgrade All Areas Of The Building, Taking Into Account Current Requirements For Safety, Use, Accessibility, Energy Efficiency And Design Quality. Southern Part Of The Building: On The Ground Floor There Is A Restaurant With Seating For Up To 60 Guests As Well As A Meeting Place With A Foyer Near The Main Entrance. In The Basement (Partial Basement) There Are Storage And Ancillary Rooms For The Restaurant. There Are Also Existing Apartments On The Upper And Attic Floors.
