The Property Clayallee 135 In 14195 Berlin Is Rented To The Allied Museum E.V. By The Federal Real Estate Agency (Bima) For Use As Museum, Exhibition, Office, Depot And Storage Space With The Usual Secondary Purposes. The Property Includes Two Historical Buildings - The Listed Outpost Building From 1953 (Planning Subject And Former Us Military Cinema) And The Nicholson Building, Built In 1978 (Not Relevant To The Planning, A Former Us Garrison Library) - As Well As The Open-Air Area On The Property. The Museum Has Been Using The Property Since 1994. The Entire Property Is In Need Of Extensive Renovation. A Feasibility Study Is Necessary For Further Planning Of The Renovation Needs. Furthermore, User Needs And Requirements For Contemporary Museum Use Must Be Examined. These Results Are Incorporated Into The Feasibility Study. The Monument Preservation Plan Is The Basis For Developing The Renovation Measures.
