The Object Of The Purchase Is The Organization Of Events Of The Ministry Of The Environment Of The Republic Of Lithuania And Event-Related Service Services. Anticipated Types Of Events: Internal, External And Participation In Events Organized By Other Entities. The Purchase Scope, Requirements And Technical Specification Are Defined In The Purchase Conditions. Services Are Provided Throughout The Territory Of The Republic Of Lithuania From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Purchase Agreement Until The Date Of Full Fulfillment Of Contractual Obligations, But No Longer Than Until 2026. December 22 Services Are Purchased According To The Needs Of The Procuring Organization For No More Than Eur 250,000.00 Including Vat (Maximum Value Of The Purchase Agreement), Without Committing To Purchase Services For The Full Maximum Value Of The Purchase Agreement. The Supplier Carries Out The Search, Ordering, Coordination, Quality Control, Administration And Documentation Management Of All Services And Tools Related To The Event. After Receiving The Order Of The Procuring Organization, The Supplier Provides A Preliminary Estimate For The Event, Which Must Specify All The Work Related To The Event And The Required Services And Prices Of Sub-Suppliers. The Estimate Must Include All Supplier Costs Associated With The Provision Of Services, Including Amounts Payable To Sub-Suppliers. The Order Of The Procuring Organization Is Submitted In Writing - By E-Mail Or In Another Form Acceptable To The Parties, Indicating The Place, Time, Nature Of The Future Event, Other Necessary Data And Requirements For The Event. The Purchase Contract Is Subject To Mixed Pricing: A Fixed Price And Compensation For Contract Execution Costs. Mixed Pricing Consists Of Two Parts - One Part Of The Price Is Calculated Using Fixed Rate Pricing (Percentages Of Commission Fees Specified In The Suppliers Offer For Event Organization And Service Services), And The Other Part Of The Price Consists Of The Costs Actually Incurred By The Supplier From Sub-Suppliers (Third Parties). When Providing Services, The Supplier Must Take Into Account The Criteria That Improve The Environmental Characteristics Of The Services. The Supplier Shall Be Settled For Properly And Timely Rendered Services No Later Than Within 30 Days According To The Invoice Provided By The Supplier.
